These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all reservations made directly with Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, whether through our online booking system, by phone or by email. By using the website or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. Reservations

Online reservations are made through our secure booking system, which is operated by a third-party provider on behalf of the hotel. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email. Please check all details in the confirmation and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

• The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all guests.
• Group reservations, events and special packages may be subject to separate conditions, which will be communicated to you before confirmation.

2. Rates and Payment

• All rates are quoted in euros (EUR) per room and include VAT and the fees shown at the time of booking.
• The services included in each rate (such as breakfast, half board, spa access, parking and Wi-Fi) are described in the rate details before you book.
• The payment conditions depend on the selected rate and are shown before you confirm your reservation and in your confirmation email.
• The card used for the reservation may be pre-authorised to verify its validity. Please present the same card at reception upon arrival.
• Any services not included in the rate are payable at the hotel before departure.

3. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows

Cancellation and change conditions depend on the selected rate and are always shown before booking and in your confirmation email.

• Flexible rates: free cancellation until the deadline stated in your reservation, usually 7 days before arrival. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation value is required. Cancellations made after the deadline result in the loss of the deposit.
• Non-refundable rates (Pay Now & Save): full prepayment is required at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refund is issued for cancellations, changes or no-shows.
• No-shows: if you do not arrive without cancelling, the reservation is treated as a late cancellation in accordance with the conditions of your rate.
• Early departure: nights not used due to early departure may be charged in accordance with the conditions of your rate.

Cancellations and changes should be made through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our reservations team.

4. Best Price Guarantee

Premier Luxury Mountain Resort offers the same or a better rate than you will find on other travel websites featuring our hotel. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of confirming your direct reservation, we will honour that rate, provided it is for the same hotel, the same room and bed type, and the same dates and length of stay.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
• A valid identity document is required for every guest upon check-in, in accordance with Bulgarian law.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be charged.

6. Children and Extra Beds

The maximum number of guests and the conditions for children and extra beds depend on the room type and are shown before booking. Extra beds are subject to availability and may be charged.

7. Pets

Well-behaved dogs of up to 10 kg are welcome in our pet-friendly Deluxe Rooms upon prior request and for an additional fee. Please inform us when making your reservation.

8. Hotel Rules

• Premier Luxury Mountain Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or indoor areas.
• Guests are asked to respect the comfort of other guests and to follow the rules of the spa, pools and other facilities.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
• The hotel may refuse service or end the stay of guests who seriously breach these rules.

9. Liability

Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box for valuables. The hotel’s liability for guests’ belongings is limited in accordance with Bulgarian law. The hotel is not liable for the content or services of third-party websites linked from this website, or for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

10. Use of the Website

All content on this website, including texts, photographs, logos and design, is the property of Premier Luxury Mountain Resort or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without prior written consent. We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but descriptions, photographs and facilities may change without notice.

11. Personal Data

Personal data provided during reservations and when using the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints and Consumer Protection

If you are not satisfied with any part of your stay or reservation, please let our reception team know during your stay, or contact us after your stay, so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

As a consumer, you also have the right to submit a complaint to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP):

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
